We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of barista/bartender for all three of our Toronto locations to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests.

Our three locations are 600 Bloor St W, 489 College St and 45 Eglinton Ave E.

This position will be more focused on barista with a supporting role to our bartending team. While bartending will be the main focus barista experience will be consider an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items
- Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
- Prepare coffee and tea program beverages in a sanitary and accurate manner
- Pour beer, wine and prepare mixed drinks and cocktails in a sanitary and accurate manner according to the orders received
- Maintain order and stock for canned beer and cider, wine and alcohol
- Provide service support to floor staff with peripheral products, such as pastries, soda and water service
- Be mindful of safety and handling of hot beverages
- Assist fellow team members when needed
- Complete regular opening and closing duties
- Follow all systems in place
- Assist customers with drink and food selection

**Skills**
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
