BC’s Premier Country Club**, Richmond Country Club** is currently looking for Food and Beverage servers to join our service team. We are looking for team-oriented servers to provide friendly, professional food and beverage service to our members and guests. **Company Description**

Richmond Country Club was founded in 1958. We recently reinvested in our future by undertaking some important capital improvements to our clubhouse and athletic facilities. The new clubhouse features new kitchen facilities, two new restaurants, and a new outdoor patio and dining facility.

The F&B department is comprised of two food and beverage outlets and catering for events. As a private club we provide a quintessential dining destination, with our Macan’s restaurant, and a relaxing, casual setting within Aces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional, consistent, and courteous service to the RCC members and guests
- Asist colleagues throughout service, including opening and closing duties, as well as supporting the flow of service
- Develop a familiarity with Jonas Point of Sales Software
- Employ a strong understanding of food and beverage menu offerings
- Understanding of event orders, and a familiarity with event set up and service in accordance with event standards
- Ensure standards for cleanliness, and presentation are met for all set ups and food and beverage service

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Service experience, with a knowledge of proper service etiquette, Club experience an asset
- Desire to expand food and beverage knowledge, with basic understanding of food and wine
- Possess high organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to communication in a professional, welcoming manner
- Thrive to provide excellent service and a memorial dining experience
- Serving it Right Certification required
- Experience with Point-of-Sale software
- Flexible availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
