**Responsibilities**:
- Interface with Biz Technology Solutions clients and internal service and project departments and consult with key stakeholders regarding information system vulnerabilities and how to remediate them in an understandable and educational format.
- Act as a Cybersecurity evangelist, sharing enthusiastically about internal security-focused tools and processes internally and to clients.
- Own deployment and ongoing management of Biz Technology Solution security stack, managing the daily administration of security-related environments.
- Support and enforce a disaster recovery, security, and backup and restore plan.
- Monitor security tickets, taking responsibility for resolution, including activities related to Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving security issues associated with systems/servers and Network services.
- Monitor security-related network performance and perform testing to provide a diagnosis of issues and to assist with the deployment of solutions.
- Monitor and analyze emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits, ensuring up-to-date patching for all products within the security stack.
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years experience as a network/systems administrator (Level II Engineer)
- Security-specific systems/network engineering experience
- Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response systems (EDR)
- Knowledge of SIEM solutions and their appropriate use
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft’s Office 365/Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- MSP experience is** a plus**:
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- CompTIA Security+
- Network +
- A+
- CCNA
