We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician at our residential apartment property located in Mississauga, ON

Schedule is Monday to Friday with some weekend work from time to time.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Skill Set/Experience Requirements**:

- **Required Skills: E**lectrical, Plumbing, General Carpentry

**GENERAL DUTIES**:
**Minor Electrical**:

- Replacement of plugs, switches, light fixtures, light bulbs
- Ballasts
- Range hood replacement
- Wiring repairs

**Minor Plumbing**:

- Pipe clamping, P-trap replacement
- Wash basin replacement
- Faucet repair/replacement
- Cartridges, spouts, diverters, washer replacement
- Toilet repairs/replacement
- Dishwasher replacement
- Servicing clogged drains

**General Building Maintenance**:

- Plastering/paint repair
- Parquet flooring repair
- Carpet and Vinyl/Ceramic tile repairs/installation
- Kitchen/Bathroom cabinet repairs/replacement
- Counter top and vanity top replacement
- Baseboards/moldings
- Closet doors/organizers and shelving
- Door hardware, screen and door repairs/replacement
- Balcony and suite doors repairs/replacement
