**Job Responsibilities include**:
- Provide thorough quality control for all upcoming, in-progress, and past projects assisting with the successful full cycle of projects; from initiation to completion.- Production scheduling as required; be aware of in-progress and upcoming scopes of work in reference to scheduling in order to properly assist the production manager.- Achieve customer satisfaction and resolve concerns by means of outstanding service, establishing solid relationships, and communicating effectively while nurturing positive and transparent connections with construction retailers, clients, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.- Ability to effectively communicate additional **BELFOR **services and provide customers with feedback, and provide detailed change orders where required- Track and monitor the progress of all projects; maintain up-to-date notes; proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may affect or are affecting the completion of the job to the appropriate person; and keep all project documentation current and accurate.- Prepare production file for invoicing upon completion of work-
- Supporting the liaison between the customer and Project Manager to ensure project success.- Attending all **BELFOR**-sponsored training courses and adhering to all legislative and organizational policies and procedures.

**Required Qualifications**:
- 10 +years’ experience in a customer service oriented role- 5+ years’ experience in Construction / Restoration / Insurance- Advanced Skills in Xactimate/XactAnalysis- Advanced computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as

Excel, Word and Google Suite- Highly organized with attention to details- Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines- Proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per **BELFOR's** vehicle policy.- Willing to work nights and weekends when requested.- Periodic travel may be required.- Criminal Record Check
