**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Director of Strategy, Partnerships & Compliance**. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Insurance, you will be responsible for executing on the AutoCanada Finance and Insurance division’s strategy and will assist with overseeing business development and key partner relationships for the automotive group. This role is performed primarily ‘onsite’, based out of our Winnipeg Office, with travel being a regular requirement of the position and could be up to 50% of the time within any given month.

**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
**_
Strategic Planning & Business Development (40%)_**
- Manage AutoCanada F&I’s strategic partnerships with the OEMs, Lenders, iA and Dealerships.
- Responsible for the Strategic Plan creation, implementation, and completion for the Finance & Insurance division.
- Manage and create alignment through the Common Element Pay Plan strategy to drive Product Gross Profit and Products Per Deal and achieve other integral KPI metrics.
- Work with the leaders of Training & Development, Data & Analytics, and Platform functions to manage dealership F&I performance for all dealerships within AutoCanada nationally.
- Implement the AutoCanada F&I strategy for any acquisition and integration of newly acquired dealerships, as well as new growth initiatives.

**_ Analytics, Metrics, and Compliance (40%)_**
- Operationalize data and provide insight to different stakeholders (i.e. Platform VPs, Regional Trainers, Dealership Management).
- Responsible for the AutoCanada F&I product portfolio by managing loss ratios, cancellations and claims and making required adjustments or action plans as required.
- Oversee regulatory compliance both Provincially and Federally for all dealerships within AutoCanada as it relates to F&I Develop and implement the F&I Compliance Audit Program
- Manage the national monthly and yearly F&I sales contests.

**_ Leadership, Mentorship & Training (20%)_**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide direction and communication through collaboration with the F&I Information Management team.
- Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and AutoCanada’s best practice processes.
- Invest time in continuous learning as assigned by the Vice President, Finance & Insurance and promote a culture of continuous learning with direct reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience that includes experience in a management/leadership where you have had to lead people and drive performance
- University business or finance or accounting degree/designation is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including strong Excel skills with the ability to create formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Demonstrate being a team player with a proven track record of working on group projects that have been successful and impactful to the workplace
