TPS is offering a hiring bonus **( based on experience)** for qualified persons on the Island division for a limited time:

- **Up to $1,000** for LCTs - split after 3 and 6 months of work
- **Up to $500 **for TCPs - split after 3 and 6 months of work
- For **TCP** : we would like to invite people who have a year of TCP experience.

Traffic Pro Services **(TPS )** has been in business since 2008 and strives to create an environment that is positive, honest, and professional for all TCPs in the industry. **TPS **takes safety seriously and is run and owned by employees who have first hand experience in the traffic control industry.

**TPS **provides take home trucks (with GPS) and gas cards once Lct position approved. (Take-home truck dependent on parking availability and safety). Our trucks are fully stocked with signs and equipment, to lessen the need to have to come into the office to pick up added equipment.

TCP start at $21.00/h probation for newly certified

LCT start at $25.50/h - $28.00/h

Wage dependent on relevant experience **NO HIDDEN DEDUCTIONS**
- Valid driver’s licence
- A reliable personal use vehicle ( **must-have**)
- Monday to Friday availability
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor

**Experience**:

- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
