**Job Description**:
**Help us deliver an outstanding patient experience. **We’ve recently invested in a new patient experience survey tool and we are looking for the right person to execute this exciting program.
- Ensuring Spectrum completes at least 500 surveys across our patient population each month, including calling people directly and documenting their responses.
- Developing processes and communications to transition more patient surveys from phone to internet.
- Creating monthly and quarterly reports for presentation to management and our patient advisors.
- Customizing our survey tool for use within our specialty programs (such as clinics and palliative care).
- Summarizing customer complaints and follow up with our Operations team to address them.
- Expanding the program to new regions as required.

- You are a new graduate who is looking to make your mark with an impactful organization.
- Your attitude, approach and communications skills set you apart. Experience is a “nice-to-have” but we will train you
- Customer service is your mantra.
- You have a passion for making the care experience better for patients and their families.
- You excel at Excel and put the power in Powerpoint
- You understand data and can recognize trends.
- You are a collaborative team player - you know how to engage colleagues to drive success.
- You are an empathetic communicator who can navigate tough conversations when they happen.
