We are **training** **NEW **_**and**_ **Experienced** Service Technicians.

We specialize in providing Homeowners and Property Managers with the essential building maintenance. Our service spectrum ranges from Roof Cleaning & repairs, to Pressure Washing paved ground surfaces.

Our **Compensation Package**:

- Hourly wages _**from**_ $18/hr for newbies **up to $28/hr** for experienced pros
- $250 gear allowance TWICE a year

Our services consists of:
Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Siding Washing, Window Washing, and Pressure Washing, on broad style of Residential, Strata, and Commercial properties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
