Helical Pile Solutions Ltd. is seeking Foundation Carpenters/Labourers to join our team based out of the Edmonton area, working on various projects throughout Alberta. You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision-making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. **Essential Functions, Major Duties, and/or Accountabilities**:

- piling foundations
- concrete footings
- concrete finishing
- forming / carpentry
- anchor bolt installation
- heating and hoarding
- General construction labor
- Perform a wide range of tasks at construction sites
- Load, unload, identify and utilize tools and materials required to perform the various tasks
- Clean and prepare construction work areas where needed
- Maintain HPS equipment in accordance with Government, Client and HPS regulations, standards and procedures: safety; environmental; quality; contractual
- Maintain and ensure high level of safety
- Completion and timely submission of daily required paperwork
- Work with others as a team.
- Abide by all HPS policies, procedures, rules and OH&S Act, Regulation & Code
- Represent HPS in a professional manner while on and off job sites
- Be “Fit for Duty” including; Coordination, manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a current valid driver’s license and able to provide a clean driver’s abstract
- Must pass a pre-employment Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb physical fitness test

**Work Conditions**:

- Work for upwards of 21 days away from home
- Adaptable to changing shifts
