**Responsibilities**:

- **The desire and ability to pass those skills along to others**:

- **Assist and encourage team members to achieve sales targets**:

- **Audit team members' bookings for services for repeat and new customers**:

- **Ability to be empathetic and understand each customer’s situation and circumstances. Manage and resolve customer's concerns**:

- **Seize opportunities to promote products and respond effectively to objections to ensure the customer understands the value of the service being offered.**:

- **Excellent multitasking skills to manage various aspects of client requirements such as booking appointments, updating customer information, confirming and time setting appointments, etc.**:

- **Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations and fully supports the technicians in the field which in turn results in client satisfaction**

**Qualifications**:

- **Supervisor/ Team Lead experience**:

- **Experience in sales or client services (call centre, hotel services, retail, or restaurant).**:

- **Excellent English and communication skills**:

- **Enjoy a fast-paced results-oriented environment**:

- **Sufficient Local Knowledge to effectively manage the placement, routing and dispatching of up to 275 appointments per week.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (required)
