**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee files and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information.
- Help manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Prepare reports and assist with audits, surveys, and HR projects as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of local HR experience** in an administrative or generalist capacity.
- Familiarity with [insert your country/province/state] employment standards and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR systems or databases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
