We are currently seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
- **Site Preparation**: Assist in setting up and cleaning construction sites, including the removal of debris and hazardous materials.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- **Assisting Tradespeople**: Support skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate basic construction equipment such as power tools, wheelbarrows, and forklifts under supervision.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **General Labor Tasks**: Perform various manual tasks including digging, mixing materials, and assisting with installations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or general labor is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
