**Location**:Terroni, 57 Adelaide East**
Position**: Sommeliers

Located at 57 Adelaide Street East, Terroni Adelaide is housed inside the historic York County Court House. With a beautiful bar at the entrance, fireplaces, lush hidden garden patio, spacious dinning areas and intimate lounge space this is truly a unique place to eat, and work. Currently we are looking for **Sommeliers** to join our dedicated team. We have both full and part-time positions available.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Sommelier training (CAPS, ISG, WSET, etc.).
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Some service experience
- Assist guests with all-Italian wine list, make appropriate selections and the table service of bottles
- Be available on the floor during dinner service
- Assist bartenders by fetching wine in cellar during service
- Answering staff questions concerning wine list
- Run drinks when necessary
- Assist with basic cellar maintenance and stocking of cellar
- Assist bar in the stocking of wine glasses
