**Location**: Montreal, QC (Telework 90%)
**Salary**: Competitive + Bonus + Group insurance + 4 weeks vacation
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with general human resources, accounting and other functions.
- Manage expense reports and participate in bookkeeping.
- Document management, formatting, translations as needed.
- Simple change management on the website.
- Management of correspondence and contacts.
- Coordinate the organization of events with the events team.
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and assistance in setting up presentations.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and manage related inventories.
- Coordinate technical support with external partners.
- Collaborate in the management of office space, facilities.
- Administrative and technological process improvements
- And other administrative tasks
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Hold an A.E.C. or a D.E.C. in office automation or any other training with a
experience in the field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills focused on
achievement of desired goals and outcomes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work
in close collaboration with management.
- Attention to detail and compliance.
- Knowledge of technologies.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Knowledge of the SAGE or Quick books accounting system an asset.
- Perfectly bilingual, with good writing skills in French and English.
