The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for their employees work on the assigned shift: order picking, verifying and packing of stock prior to shipping, when applicable loading of delivery trucks and verify correct product is being shipped. Responsible for employee related issues and documentation. Responsible for building / product security, opening and lock up as may apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishes daily priorities, and plans staffing to match the priorities and overall workload
- Ensures that all equipment is in good working condition and is properly maintained
- Ensures that the warehouse is kept tidy and organized in accordance with the organization's health and safety policies
- Handles and records all concerns involving branch employees, such as absences, disciplinary actions, private matters, and other policy-related items, and promptly brings these to the branch manager's attention
- Organizes new hire orientation and completes the training program, ensuring that all staff members are adhering to the Noble Health and Safety Policies and Code of Conduct
- Reviews errors made through picking / loading and follow through to resolve the errors
- Responsible for attaining training for self-development i.e., Product knowledge, warehouse procedures, and any other courses specified by supervisor
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in general warehouse i.e. Shipping/receiving, counter
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS ( Warehouse Management Systems )
- Product knowledge is required and a knowledge of SXE.
- Ability to lift heavy items is required.

**Nice to Have**:

- Supervisory, logistics or warehouse management training program
- Plumbing & HVAC product knowledge
