**Job Overview** **Responsibilities** - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. - Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing and payment processing. - Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. - Utilize accounting software "Spire" for efficient financial management. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits as necessary. **Experience** - Proven experience in a financial controller or similar role within an accounting environment. - Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Experience in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
