Overall responsibility and control of site activity
- Scheduling trades and deliveries
- Receiving and inspecting all deliveries to ensure materials are undamaged, correct quantities are as ordered, and incorrect or damaged items must be documented, photographed and communicated in writing to the supplier and project team.
- Reviewing trade scopes with management prior to trade pricing
- Full understanding of trade scope of work, contractual obligations of sub-trades, site scheduling, coordinating the sequence of work, cost and quality control
- Overseeing and enforcing site safety and required documentation, including the electronic filing of monthly SDS job site safety inspections.
- Attend to deficiencies as reported on monthly site inspections, communicating corrections to the project team.
- Adhering to and enforcing the company’s health and safety policies, OHSA and MOL guidelines
- Completing the Daily Log documenting: site conditions, deliveries, trade count, weather, delays, and daily activities
- Perform weekly site Inspections documenting site conditions and safety concerns, noting resolved items from previous inspections on the Weekly Inspection form
- Document site progress by the photographing job site on a daily or weekly basis based on site activity
- Conduct permit inspections, and deficiency walk-throughs and coordinate the completion of remaining work.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with the schedule.
- Identifying and communicating site activities and any concerns with the Project Manager daily
- Identify and request Labourers to be scheduled on-site based on need and project budget.
- Manage Labourer activities on site.
- Code and approve Labourer Timecards daily in ADP Workforce Now

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3C 1T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
