Weight2Lose Medical Clinics, an industry leader in medically supervised weight loss and chronic disease prevention programs, is currently seeking a full time inside sales representative to join our team Weight2lose is an established preventive medicine clinic and fitness studio, and remote medical weight loss program provider. Since 2013, we helped over 15,000 patients successfully battle obesity. We help clients with type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, arthritis pain, depression, and numerous other co-morbidities. Many Weight2Lole clients wish to optimize their nutrition and fitness, with no weight loss goals. Some wish to build muscle or devise a nutrition plan for gut health. We utilize evidence-based, integrative modalities such as nutritional counseling and personalized dietary planning, cognitive behavioral therapy, and fitness program development to help clients transform their lives.

**About you**

We are seeking a self

**Job Duties**
- Aggregates lists of prospective clinical and partner clients on a daily basis
- Cultivate new business opportunities through the engagement of current clients of the clinic through renewals, prospective inbound phone clients originating from Weight2Lose marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for developing prospective affiliate partner call lists, by industry. The initial industries are: sleep clinics, cardiologists, walk-in clinics with a fee-for-service billing model, fundraising organizations, medi-spas/ beauty salons, and more.
- Responsible to call through the affiliate/license prospect lists on a daily basis. Our minimum outbound daily call volume is 80 outside calls per 8 hour shift.
- Maintain excellent relationships with partners and expand their signage commitment
- Responsible for all new patient onboarding. Responsible for all inbound phone calls, and return calls, related to new patients. Transfer all existing client calls to front desk supervisor.
- Responsible for scheduling every inbound sales call with Weight2Lose Medical Clinics Sales & Operations manager.
- Responsible for logging every client interaction in the CRM and other methods, with details of each conversation, and specific follow-up date.
- Responsible for providing Weight2Lose program knowledge to potential clients, Weight2Lose program license owners, affiliates and existing clients.
- Enter and Track sales revenue from clients. Enter all client details into Weight2Lose CRM.
- Responsible for reporting with Weight2Lose Sales & Operation director and front desk manager. Providing accurate daily reports, tracking productivity and results metrics.
- Work with Weight2Lose digital marketing and IT manager to prepare a weekly sales, revenue and affiliate commission reports.
- Read telemarketing oriented sales book (bonus)
- Attend weekly (or more frequent) meetings to discuss goals, challenges and present results
- Responsible for resolving accounts that are in arrears, deal with collections and contract disputes (senior management will provide support as required)
- Help front desk and other staff as instructed by senior management

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in an inside sales position (healthcare related/medical/ fitness/ rehab fields are preferable)
- Comfortable learning new software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, EMR, Adobe, and others are assets. Design ability is a bonus.

**Additional Information**
- Monday to Friday schedule (11am-7pm)
- In-office position
- Fixed Base Salary + Commission + bonuses
- Probation trial period of 3 months
