- is looking for a top-notch **Service Advisor** to add to our team We are a dealership group dedicated to offering a friendly and professional environment where both employees and customers feel welcome.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by serving as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians. You will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their service needs, and coordinating the necessary repairs or maintenance.

**What We Offer**:
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000/year (base plus commissions)

Comprehensive benefits package after probation period

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and document their service requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes
- Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates
- Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth service process
- Explain service recommendations to customers and address any questions or concerns
- Process service orders and invoices accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
