Franchise Development Manager

We are a global real estate brand currently planning our expansion into Canada, with our headquarter opening in Toronto, Ontario. We are looking for an experienced real estate manager to lead the initial growth phase of our expansion.
As the Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth of our real estate brand, as well as providing support to our franchisees. You must be able to communicate our system and vision to franchisees and prospects. You will provide franchisee support, conduct due diligence, screen leads, and work with our development and services teams to drive our growth.
You will report directly to the CEO. This position has room to grow into an executive position in franchise sales or in franchise support, once the franchisee network reaches a certain size. You will be compensated with a base salary, plus commissions for franchise sales and bonuses for meeting growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Learn our systems, including all policies, programs, and tools
- Help and support our franchisees grow using our systems, and to resolve any issues brought to your attention
- Find new franchisees to expand our network, interview prospective franchisees, and conduct a thorough due diligence process
- Network with real estate business owners and industry professionals
- Provide insights to corporate management
Skills and Requirements
- Franchise-related development and management experience preferred
- Real estate broker experience is a must
- Ability to quickly build credibility and influence with a variety of personality types
- Ability to lead and influence people through successes and failures
- Ability to use a variety of tools to conduct deep and extensive due diligence
- Strong business acumen, analysis capabilities, and financial skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Experienced negotiator and deal-maker
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
