**Job Summary** Pho Daddy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling food orders and transactions while also helping in all facets whether it be dishes or making a bubble tea it’s never a dull spot. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean and organized workspace will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and credit transactions.
- Wash dishes
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
- Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
