**Opportunity**

**Role Description**:

- Sell new homes at the Project
- Manage completion of all sales and all aspects of the sales process
- Maintain responsibility for customer relations and contact with new and existing purchasers
- Participate in company training activities
- Liaise with the Realtor community
- Assist in special marketing functions and be available at off-hour times for customer appointments, events and sales presentations
- Provide and ensure complete Sales Files for each strata lot at the Project, including but not limited to:

- Agreements of Purchase and Sale (including all applicable addenda and waivers of conditions)
- Disclosure and Amendment to Disclosure Acknowledgements
- Selling Brokerage Commission Agreements and Acknowledgments
- Lasso and Avesdo Data Entry
- Parking & Storage Addenda
- Other agreements and documents required by law
- FINTRAC
- Purchaser Profile Forms
- Perform duties in a spirit of partnership and teamwork
- Be committed to the highest ethical standards and take pride in the Developer and Townline Marketing ‘s tradition of excellent service to our customers, consultants, trades, suppliers, working partners and staff.
- Be available to work five days per week (including Saturday and Sunday) during regular Presentation Centre hours - you are expected to be on site from 11:00am to 5:30pm executing duties
- Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as required by the Developer and Townline Marketing

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2 - 5+ years of Real Estate experience in presale or new homes is mandatory. Experience with the sale of low-rise condos and townhomes is preferred.
- Established relationships with the Realtor community in the Greater Vancouver market and the ability to cultivate authentic relationships with our Townline Realtor Ambassadors
- Experience using Lasso and Avesdo preferred, but not required
- Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
- An amazing attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven time-management skills while working under pressure
- Outgoing and personable
- Positive attitude and results driven
- Understanding of professional conduct and representation
- A valid REBGV Real Estate license is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with access to their own motor vehicle
