DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative at our Iqaluit location. The Customer Service Rep acts as a support to the Iqaluit rentals and leasing departments. This role is the point of contact for all of Iqaluit’s corporate customer rental and reporting needs and will support in leasing administration. This position will be based out of the Burlington location.

**Responsibilities**:
- Take reservations, providing quotes based on negotiated rate agreements (as found in company CRM) including short-term and rack rates, and answering general inquiries from customers and vendors
- Maintain consistent communication with the Iqaluit branch
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions with customers before obtaining signatures on all appropriate rental documents
- Coordinate between the customer requirements and the branch rental department to ensure that vehicle deliveries and pick-ups continually meet agreed conditions and deadlines and to ensure that the branch will deliver on the promise made
- Effectively resolve customer service complaints in a timely manner
- Follow established Company procedures with the Iqaluit branch fulfilling the hands-on service.
- Input negotiated rates into rental software
- Create and receive PO’s
- Close split charge contracts
- Handle insurance replacement rentals
- Ensure proper documentation is received and submitted to the Company’s insurance department following accidents and vehicle damage and processing customer chargebacks
- Ensure all lease renewal opportunities are managed proactively within 6 months of their expiry and all leases are documented
- Provide daily updates on progress with contacts, companies, and opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service or equivalent experience is required
- Travel to Iqaluit bi-annually to build rapport with the team and understand the local working environment is required
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance is required
- A commitment to delighting customers through attitude, attention and effort
- Able to solve problems independently following company guidelines and policies
