**Job Specifications**
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
- Skill Level: _Intermediate_

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safe, timely and efficient opening and closing of the Mountain Operations
- Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings.
- Co-ordinate with Ski Patrol, Lift and Electrical Maintenance personnel as well as lift operations to ensure safe and timely opening of lifts and zones.
- Record all times for clearances, lift openings, and lift line status and keep light boards updated.
- Using set call-out procedures inform all appropriate personnel (maintenance, management, & patrol) as situations arise.
- Ensure operations documentation is filed and digitally recorded in a timely manner.
- Review Lift logs to ensure they have been completed and filed accordingly.
- Geographical knowledge to include major lift zones, locations and how to access those places. All areas named on trail map and locations of all avalanche sign lines.
- Demonstrate our core values: Be Safe, So Good, Do Right, Have Fun, Serve Others and Drive Value.
- Assist Lift Operations where needed.
- Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Previous mountain operations experience would be an asset
- Must have strong decision making skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Must be familiar with Radio Protocol
- Must have basic knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- A working knowledge of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains operation procedures a definite asset
- Proof of clear criminal record check
