We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an **Office Administrator**performing bookkeeping and receptionist duties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while playing a key role in managing our financial and customer service operations.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Process and manage incoming bills and payments.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and databases.
- **Account Reconciliations**: Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- **Booking Confirmations**: Coordinate and schedule fishing trips, collect and track deposits, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated to customers.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**: Provide general administrative support as needed, assisting with various office tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Competitive wages based on experience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
