L3Harris is always on the hunt for top talent and we are currently looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic
**Recruiting Coordinator** to help us with that You'll be a key member of the hiring process from beginning to end. You will assist with the creation and management of staffing requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo Fluid) coordinate (phone/virtual/on-site) interviews, and work with the recruiting team to manage employment offers and onbboarding activities. This position requires a high level of bilingualism, detail-orientation, being proactive to anticipate requirements, and having a passion for people and networking.

**As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will**:

- Create, process and follow-up staffing requisitions through the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Post openings internally and externally on company website, social media sites and other appropriate media outlets.
- Coordinate registrations and participate in recruiting events in collaboration with the Recruiting Team
- Update recruiting metrics and statistics and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare offer letters in collaboration with the Recruiters and Human Resources Business Partners
- Other tasks may be assigned if needed.
