- **$100** reimbursement for work boots after 3 months of employment
- **$30** reimbursement for gloves.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must be available to work one full day on the weekend.
- Flexibility is required for the position.
- Live in relative proximity to our 2 locations in Hamilton.
- This is an outdoor job - you will be outside for the duration of your shift in all weather.
- Must have a working cell phone with a data package and be responsive prior to, and during your shift.

**Main Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to**:

- Clean bays and empty garbage cans
- Keep the property clean
- Shovel dirt from car wash bays
- Ensure compliance with our environmental strategy & pollution reduction program
- Greet all customers
- Promote our services
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain inventory levels
- Shovel and use snow blower (winter)
- Cut grass (summer)
- Be knowledgeable about all equipment and payment options
- Being able to lift 50 pounds is a bonafide requirement for the job

**Work Experience/Desired Skills**:

- Any kind of physical labour conducted outside, in all seasons
- Proficient using tools to fix things
- General mechanical / technical aptitude
- Autonomy - must be able to work on your own
