**Job Description**:
The Packing and Finishing Supervisor is responsible to make sure the product is shipped on time with Canada Goose quality standards. Maintain accurate Figures with MPO/ Color/ Size breakdown with in the ERP system in Operation.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maximize packing output
- Ensure the final product conform to the Canada Goose quality standards are met & delivered
- Scan and ship daily the finish product by MPO uploading the ERP system
- Review the work load and balance the department to have a smooth flow of work
- Provide a safe work environment with in the department and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate up to date information for management review.
- Ensure all MPO’s are delivered on time ( DIFOT) Delivery In Full On Time)
- Advice QA/Supervisors of any quality deviations and shortages
- Housekeeping at its best

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- 5+ Years of experience preferably in Apparel Manufacturing industry
- 2-3 Supervisory experience
- Quality controlling/ Final inspection considered as asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Must be able to deal effectively with diverse group of workers
- Must be familiar with packing and quality aspects of Jackets/ Outerwear
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Able to prioritize and operate proactively, handle issue in a clam and effective manner

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing Environment
- Able to stand for extended period of time
- Dust and noise
