Agriculture Financial Services Corporation (AFSC) is a unique financial services organization that supports Alberta’s farmers, producers, and agribusinesses. We offer a range of innovative financial solutions, including crop and livestock insurance, farm loans, and income disaster assistance, to help grow and sustain a strong, diverse agriculture industry. As our current Chief Information Officer (CIO) prepares for retirement, we are seeking his successor into the role of AFSC’s Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO), who will be a visionary leader to drive AFSC’s digital transformation and optimize technology strategies to enhance service delivery across the company. Reporting to the CEO as a key member of the executive team, the CIDO will advance AFSC’s strategic objectives to grow and sustain Alberta's agriculture sector. This leader will embrace our core values—People are our foundation, Clients are our focus, and Excellence is our aspiration—by nurturing a people-centric culture, fostering a digital-first mindset, and leading initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations. At AFSC, we believe that taking care of our people empowers them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
