Le poste de Spécialiste en gestion de projet consiste à servir de point de contact privilégié auprès du client, des canaux de vente et du responsable commercial, tout en prenant en charge l’élaboration et la gestion des devis ainsi que des réservations. Il/elle assure un suivi complet des commandes, de l’émission du devis initial jusqu’à la facturation. Peut être chargé de soutenir des clients ciblés, certaines régions définies et/ou de petits territoires de vente.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Selling by phone or online, rather than traveling to meet customers face-to-face.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEV. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.

- Vente par téléphone ou en ligne, plutôt que de se déplacer pour rencontrer les clients en personne.
- Développement des connaissances conceptuelles de sa propre discipline. Développement de la connaissance de son territoire de vente, des gammes de produits, des marchés, des processus de vente ou de groupes de clients. Peut inclure ces fonctions de support avec une expertise spécialisée ou des connaissances techniques dans un domaine étendu.
- Applique les connaissances générales en affaires acquises grâce à L,éducation ou à l'expérience passée. Comprend comment le travail des son équipe contribue à ce domaine.
- Résout les problèmes en utilisant les procédures établies. Consulte le superviseur ou des collègues plus expérimentés pour les questions dépassant les instructions ou les paramètres définis.
- Collabore avec les autres pour résoudre les problèmes. Pour les postes en contact avec la clientèle, développe de solides relations avec les clients et sert d'interface entre le client et GEV. Échange des infromations techniques, pose des questions et vérifie la compréhension.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Sales & Inside Sales knowledge

**Qualifications requises**
- Diplôme universitaire, collégiale (ou diplôme d'étude secondaire avec expérience pertinente).
- Connaissances en ventes.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

**Connaissances et aptitudes recherchées**
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à documenter, planifier, promouvoir et exécuter des programmes.
