Arbtech Ltd. is seeking a **Grounds Crew Worker** to join the team **Key Duties & Responsibilities** - Remove and drag brush and tree materials from job site - Utilize hand tools to rake leaves and maintain a tidy property for the client - Operate the woodchipper to chip brush and tree material - Support tree climber with rigging and rope operation - Assist with intallation of cedar split rail fencing - Operation of small equipment and machinery - Shop work including cleaning, minor equipment maintenance, and property care **Qualifications & Experience** - Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or equivalent - Valid "G" Driver's License is required - Experience operating machinery, chainsaw, woodchipper an asset - Must be physically fit; able to lift and carry heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks involving bending, stretching, walking and kneeling - Positive, professional, team player attitude - Experience operating and completing basic maintenance on machines - Arbtech is committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process and workplace.
