**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Credit Analysis**: Assess applicants' credit histories and financial profiles to determine eligibility.
- **Client & Partner Communication**: Address inquiries from brokers, lenders, and clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- **Approval Process**: Set credit terms, pricing, and conditions; escalate files as needed.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong partnerships with brokers and clients.
- **Process Support**: Assist with funding processes, compliance, and file organization.
- **Innovative Contribution**: Support marketing efforts, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Provide executive support, manage office programs, and streamline payroll processes.
- **Tech & Research**: Use advanced tools for research, data entry, and digital organization.
- **Creative Engagement**: Support podcasts, Zoom calls, and reception duties.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in mortgage underwriting or a related role.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of mortgage procedures, regulations, and compliance.
- **Skills**:

- Analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for precision.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage-specific tools.
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- **Preferred**: Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and lead pipeline management.

**Compensation**:
We offer a **competitive compensation package**, including:

- Flat fees for successfully processed and funded mortgage files.
- Additional earning potential through **bonuses, commissions, and tips.**

**Schedule**:

- Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
