**Weekend Receptionist**

Megson FitzPatrick is looking for an outgoing, friendly, personable Receptionist to work out of our Uptown location on Saturday & Sunday.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greet walk-in clients and coordinate their needs with the respective agent;
- Answer a multi-line phone system;
- Act as a front-end coordinator and manage walk-in traffic count and traffic flow;
- Kindly enforce COVID-19 Safety Protocols as they relate to clients;
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures;
- Ensure front end is kept tidy and organized;
- General admin duties as required;
- All other duties as directed by management.

**Location and Status**:

- Victoria, BC
- Part-Time Position
- Saturday & Sunday - 9 to 5pm

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Outgoing and friendly;
- Professional;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Motivated and a self-starter;
- Strong time management skills;
- Organized and efficient;
- Reliable.
