The Role:
As our Wellness Advisor, you will be the beating heart of our Wellness department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our valued customers receive personal, knowledgeable advice on our range of supplements and personal care products. Your role will include:

- Providing top-tier customer service, assisting with product inquiries, and guiding customers directly to their desired items.
- Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately with our POS system.
- Ensuring our shelves are always stocked and presented neatly, receiving and verifying shipments, and organizing the inventory.
- Using your industry knowledge, training, and resources to answer customer questions about supplement and personal care product selection.
- Leading by example, constantly striving for personal improvement, and supporting your team members to do the same.

Your Qualifications:

- A passionate advocate for health and wellness with knowledge in the field.
- A commitment to growth, flexibility, and excellent customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills and team spirit.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience with food handling safety and/or certification is a plus.
- Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, lift up to 50lbs, and navigate the store floor.

Working Hours:

- 16-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, afternoons, days, and evenings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- St. Albert, AB T8N 3X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- supplement and vitamin advising: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
