**Duties**
- Respond to customer requests for pricing & availability
- Process customer purchase orders for parts & equipment
- Administer our purchase orders to venders as required for purchasing parts & equipment
- Order follow-up
- Arrange and ship orders to customers
- Receive product and distribute to customer, service staff or inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment process
- Inventory management
- maintain an organized, clean and efficient shipping/receiving area, ensuring warehouse area is kept clean and tidy
**Miscellaneous**
- experience preferred
- organize your time and tasks to promote efficiency and productivity.
- ensure all tasks started are followed through and completed in a timely manner.
- follows established company policies and procedures.
- valid G license with clean driver’s abstract
- excellent computer skills (typing, data entry, experience with inventory software)
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move more than 50 lbs.
- Work hours, Monday to Fri., 8 - 5
- must speak fluent English
- residency status must reflect ability to currently work in Canada
- Required to have reliable transportation to and from work
- other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
