**Position Overview**:
As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at CCC Pack, you will play a pivotal role in the logistics and distribution process. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving**: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. Verify the accuracy of received materials and report discrepancies promptly.
- **Shipping**: Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain organized and accurate inventory records. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials. Report and address any quality issues or damages.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to coordinate shipments and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the handling of materials and equipment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
