Night Time Supervisor

Greater Napanee, Canada CHUCKS ROADHOUSE BAR & GRILL Full time

Responsibilities:

- Greets customers, presents menus, answers questions, offers suggestions;
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained;
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills;
- Assist with other functions and tasks, as assigned by the General Manager;
- Perform same duties as bartenders and servers, as required;
- Liquor and beer inventory and rotation;
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations;
- Ensures day-to-day operations are consistent and corrects errors;
- Expedites food during peak times;
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of servers and bartenders;
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked;
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Fast-paced, noisy environment;
- Team player;
- Excellent oral communication and effective interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines;
- 3 Years supervisory experience
- Food Safe and smart serve

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
