**What You’ll Do**

As a Host at TALITY Mt Pleasant, you’re the heartbeat of the guest experience. You keep the sauna hot, the tubs cold, the space looking dialed, and the vibes high. Whether it’s guiding a first-time guest through their orientation or troubleshooting a temperature issue mid-shift, you’ll be there - hands-on and grounded. You’ll move through check-in and reception duties, cleaning tasks, plant care, kombucha keg rotation, and laundry systems with care and consistency, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

**Experience & Skills**
- You’re naturally friendly and approachable - you bring warmth and good energy into every interaction.
- You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what needs doing - you just see it and go.
- You’re comfortable in guest-facing roles and know how to make people feel welcome, included, and taken care of.
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or a service-based role is a plus - but we’re more interested in your vibe, work ethic, and ability to hold space.
- You’re tech-comfortable and can navigate platforms like Slack and Deputy with ease, or are comfortable learning our tech platforms.
- You’re steady under pressure and able to multitask without losing your calm.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25kg (like a full kombucha keg).
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods and work physically (cleaning, lifting,).

Certifications
- First Aid & CPR (or open to getting it).
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Hourly Rate
- While Training: $19.76/hr
- After Training (around 60 hours): $22.88/hr
- _Both rates are inclusive of 4% vacation loading_

Pay: $19.76-$22.88 per hour
