**Floor Supervisor**

Asapassionate, fun and dedicatedFloor Supervisor,you are an important part of the store leadership team, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales resultsandsupervising the store team. You foster a positiveand inclusivework environmentandprovide sales-related feedback and coachingassociate performance daily.You assist in coaching andsupervision of the store team, while emulating abest in classcustomer experience.If you aspiretoa career in retailandarelooking for a company dedicated to your personaldevelopmenttocontinueyourgrowthinto a leader of tomorrow, then Vans is for you.

**How You Will Make a Difference**
- What you will do:_You will assistin strategicallymaximizing store sales,achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress&results against key targets.You will helpfoster aconsumer centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.As a store leadership member, you willprovidedirectfeedback, coachingand supervision of the associatesandthe in-store experience.
- How you_w_ill do it:_Byusinggoodverbal and nonverbal communication skills, you willhelpcoach andleada team to exceed sales results.You ensure that the store team is engaging with each customer to create an authentic brand experienceand assist with visual merchandising standards within the store.You will adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives.
- What success looks like:_You successfullymeet and exceedsalesresultsand business goals, whileassisting in the coaching and developing of the store team. Youfostera great consumer experience in all situations,leading by example.

**Skills for Success**

Years of Related Professional/RetailExperience:1+yearpreferred but not required

EducationalPosition Requirements: Aformal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are mostinterested in your total experience and professional achievements.
- _ What we_expect_you already know: _How to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results,meet business goals by driving results through the store team,good communication skills,being solution oriented and able to be flexible in afast-pacedenvironment**.**
