Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Track employee progress and maintain accurate training records
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee development
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), UltiPro, ADP, or similar HR software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
