**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Selling it Right Standard Certificate
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of Cannabis
- 2 Years plus experience in a leadership role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality and extensive customer-facing interactions
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
Typical responsibilities if the Job include:
- Driving store level KPI's and overall results
- Managing schedules and zoning of all store employees
- Cultivate, grow and retain customer base through an exemplary Imagine Customer Experience
- Lead and develop your store team by leveraging spot coaching, sales metrics, and coaching/succession tools
- Manage store operations, inventory and retail excellence standards to align with SOP's
- Manage the full shipping and receiving process
- Manage all operational ordering
- Using out of the box thinking to come up with solutions to operational challenges that fix or improve current practices
- Coach and develop others on operational and sales processes to ensure we are fostering growth
- Working with team members to assist customers when needed
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
