Our Estimation & Purchasing team in the South Surrey Office is looking to add a **Purchaser/Estimator **specifically for plumbing fixture design estimating and procurement.

**Reporting Structure**:
The** Purchaser/Estimator **for plumbing fixture reports directly to the Fixture Purchasing/Estimating Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quantity takeoff, review specifications, and solicit pricing from suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, compile submittals, and prepare final plumbing fixture package/estimates
- Review estimates/budgets with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Developers, to assist with product or pricing change through the project life cycle
- Update and maintain budgets for the plumbing fixtures portion of projects
- Utilize Spectrum/PO system to process purchase orders
- Coordinate deliveries of plumbing fixtures & equipment with the Project team
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the process

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in showroom sales or plumbing suppliers considered an asset
- Previous experience in Purchasing and Estimating considered an asset
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications considered an asset
- Previous experience using ViewPoint Spectrum ERP and Procore considered an asset
- Previous experience using Bluebeam or Adobe considered an asset
- Experience in a design-build mechanical construction company considered an asset
- Intermediate skills using MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
