**Overview**
- Direct supervision, coordination, and oversight of activities for maintenance department
- Monitor department goals and objectivities and supervise performance
- Planning and completing preventative maintenance and repair of equipment
- Maintain and manage critical parts inventory including purchasing of equipment accessories and repair components
- Coordinate building and facility maintenance and improvements
**Education and Qualifications for this role are as follows.**
- **Must have Millwright License (433 A) or Electrician License (309A or 442A)**:
- Department supervisor / leadership experience required
- Maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing process a very strong asset
- Proficient with software programs to include MS office and maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and available when needed to support departments and activities
**Shifts**
Monday to Friday, daytime hours, TBD specific hours
**Must be available for call in’s**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
