**Job Description**:
The Supervisor of Website Experience would be responsible for overseeing and managing the content on all.CA properties including Honda.ca, Acura.ca, PSP, PE, Marine and Engine websites. This role would overseeing the Website Specialists who manage the model content and related material on a day to day basis. Responsible for ensuring proper approval process is followed by working closely with agencies and multiple other internal departments to coordinate these efforts, attend SP meetings and work hand in hand with advertising and brand leaders to ensure proper reflection of models, pricing, related content is completed in a timely manner. Also responsible for overseeing ongoing web ticket submission and prioritization of small enhancements or bugs. Will also assist team in launching multiple projects including payment gateway services, future models, EV to name a few.

The Supervisor of Website Experience is a leader that will understand the Digital direction of the company and ensure our public facing websites maintain an exceptional overall user experience, end-to-end.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma required;
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership or supervision considered an asset
- Auto industry experience is an asset;
- Product Launch and SP process knowledge considered an asset
- Project management and/or agile project management experience considered an asset;
- Strong Communications skills (verbal, written & presentations).
