Red Deer, Canada Kids & Company Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring safety while driving the kids from point A to point B
- Support children’s emotional, physical, or behavioural well-being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
- Maintain attendance, and health and safety checks
- Work with professionals, such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as necessary
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping
- Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
- Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops
- Maintain clean and in good condition the Company Vehicle

Specifications:

- Driver Licenses Class 5
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with children, parents and co-workers
- Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation, reporting, and classroom operations
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom

Qualifications:

- ECE certified (Level 2 or 3)
- Clean Driving License History (Abstract)
- Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B
- Ability to push, pull and lift up-to 45 pounds
