**About the Role**:
As a **Front Desk & Studio Assistant**, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping set the tone for their entire experience. Your role is essential in keeping the studio organized, welcoming, and running smoothly day-to-day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with laundry (towels, linens) throughout the day
- Reset rooms between classes and appointments to maintain a fresh, professional environment
- Organize equipment and ensure all training/recovery spaces are clean and ready for use
- Support the team with occasional light tasks such as preparing studio supplies
- Help create a calm, supportive atmosphere for clients and practitioners alike

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Comfort using scheduling platforms (experience with Jane App is a plus, but not required)
- Must be available for a minimum of two shifts per week

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
