**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely during installations.
- Perform electrical wiring and low voltage connections as needed.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations throughout the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in electrical work or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Experience with backhoe operation and bucket truck usage is a plus.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to solar technology and installation practices.
