Make an impact with our Creative Marketing team as a Written Communications Specialist (Bilingual). This diverse team of professionals thinks outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll produce exceptional marketing solutions, from concept to production, and you’ll collaborate on campaigns that promote, protect and position MNP’s brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Write, edit, and update fit for format copy, for online and print communications, advertising, collateral, websites, and social media
- Develop and manage a consistent “voice” for the firm through written communications, ensuring all communications adhere to MNP’s brand standards
- Work collaboratively with national and regional marketing managers to produce assets that align with communications best practices and MNP’s strategic marketing objectives
- Liaise with designers, marketing managers and other stakeholders to gather information for compelling copy
- Understand the nuances of voice and content for different regions, services and industry groups
- Complete research to ensure content is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with digital marketing specialists to build search optimized content (SEO)
- Ensure quality control and review of translated content (English to French) for our corporate and customer sites
- Maintain awareness of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada standards and stipulations for rules in advertising
- Maintain competitive industry knowledge
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Writing or Journalism
- 5+ years of written communication experience
- Strong understanding of journalistic best practices and marketing principles
- Excellent French (oral and written)
- English communication skills an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional services or agency experience is considered an asset
- Experience in creating innovative content (e.g., SEO posts, informative articles, white papers, etc.) is considered an asset
- Knowledge and understanding of generative artificial intelligence is considered an asset
