**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing patient files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Nurse Practitioner
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date patient information.
- Support the clinical team with various clerical duties as needed, including filing and organizing office documents.
- Manage clinic inventory (skin care, medical equipment, and office supplies)
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Skin care recommendations and sales
- Preparing and stocking examination rooms
- Assisting with social media content and social media presence

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma. Post secondary education (medical office administration) considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and friendly manner
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Excellent computer and social media skills
- Interest in skin care and medical aesthetics
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics services is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
